I was born and raised in the country, my papaw gave me my first dog when I was 5 years old who I named Charlie and told me that I was responsible for taking care of him. That's when I learned the friendship, love, and compassion that pets can behold. He was the 1st of many pets that I had, he lived till I was 17 and will always have a special place in my heart. Throughout my childhood to my teens, I took care of many animals usually dogs but there were cats, ducks, chicken, rabbits, fish, lizards, hamsters, and even befriended a bear cub once thinking it was a dog until my papaw realized and ran it off to prevent momma bear from coming our way. I guess you could say I have always been drawn to animals and I'm so excited for the opportunity to care for your pet, giving you peace of mind that they are receiving quality care.
