Pet care experience
Growing up I always had a dog and cats. They bring so much joy into my life. I recently took a break from bedside nursing, but now I am heading back full time at the new Wexford Hospital. I will be working full time but still would love to walk dogs/make drop in visits on the days I am off work! My boyfriend and I have a 10 month old English Cream Golden Retriever named Hunter, who we adore. I have experience training puppies, giving medications, walking dogs.

Kayla was wonderful with my pup Arlo! I had to leave town for a week and he needed someone to walk him in the middle of the day, and she was great about communicating with me regarding how he was doing during the week. She also was prompt to initiate a meet and greet before I hired her, and she was calm and patient as Arlo became comfortable with her. I will definitely be asking for her help again in the future!

Kayla has been incredibly nurturing with our 5-month-old puppy, Luna. Her nursing background shines through in her role as a caregiver for pets as well. She responds quickly, communicates effectively and is professional and reliable. My family and I feel lucky to have found her and will use her regularly. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Kayla was great! She came last minute on a Friday afternoon and walked my Beau for an hour in the yucky misty rain. Beau had a great time.. I can't recommend Kayla enough.

A typical day
We can go on walks at any local park! I love walking, playing fetch. When its warmer out, we can go by water if your dog enjoys swimming.

Availability
I am heading back to bedside nursing starting July 26th. I should have my schedule a month in advance. I would prefer a long-term set schedule, but I am always flexible as well.
