Kayla seems like a good Rover match if you are super flexible and dont need a lot of communication. She agreed to drop off and pick up times but during drop off I literally woke her up. It was the most awkward hand off I had experienced using Rover. She barely acknowledged me or my dog. I only received pictures after texting her to ask how things were going. And then when I went to pick up my dog, there was no answer at the door. After a bunch of texts, I learned Kayla and my dog were in a totally different city visiting her dad. Something I was not expecting especially after a 14 hour drive home. The whole transaction felt weird. Regardless my dog seemed happy and healthy but I won't be rebooking with Kayla anytime soon. Which really sucks cause she lives close by.

Kayla is a sweet girl. She is reliable, easy to contact, and the animals loved having a new friend to visit with. We will definitely use her again!
