Hi there! My name is Kayla K, I am 26 years old and I adopted two cats that are mine, one is 7 years old and her name is Jem, the other is 2 years old and his name is Atticus. I have also adopted a German Shepherd puppy named Oakley! My services include both dog/cat sitting and dog walking as well as feeding and caring for them while I am with them. I will treat your pets as if they were my own and keep them safe and happy. I hope to meet some of your fur babies soon! Kayla was absolutely wonderful! Banjo loves her and they had a great time. We will definitely keep Kayla as a walker friend.
I was disappointed with he last day of the previous visit and both days of this visit. Each day is booked for 30 minutes but she was only here 10, 5, and 4 minutes respectively. The primary purpose is for her to give Nala her meds, which she has done without fail. Although I've told her she doesn't need to scoop Nala's litter, I have asked that she cover whatever Nala doesn't and this hasn't been getting done. I goofed the last booking and scheduled one day too many. Not only did I pay for that extra day despite Kayla not coming (because I said it wasn't necessary), I also gave her a generous tip. I have actually tipped generously each time I've booked. Hopefully things will improve the next time. Kayla has consistently been here at the scheduled time and has been very respectful of my apartment. I would still recommend her, but with the advice that instructions be repeated for each visit to ensure satisfaction.
Kayla is always here when she says she will be. She is also always very patient with Nala, who is not very cooperative. Her updates and message responses are prompt and thorough. She is always my first choice and I highly recommend her.
