I've been caring for animals for over 15years, but have loved animals for 24+ years. I'm extremely flexible with last minute requests and I will love your animal just as much as you do. I love large dogs that are convinced they're lap dogs, and small dogs who think they're the biggest dog in the room. I will make plans around my time with your dog, and put your dogs needs first. I am always willing to learn new skills to make your dog more comfortable, as some dogs don't do well with change. If there are any other animals in the house, I can do what is needed for their comfort as well. You and your dogs' happiness is most important to me!

Kayla was amazing! She came over before our scheduled trip to meet the dogs and asked all the important questions about their needs. She stayed in contact with me throughout the trip and let me know how the dogs were doing. She was very prompt with communication. I came home to a clean house and happy dogs. We have used Kayla twice now and have a third trip planned. Would absolutely recommend her services to others!
We met Kayla last minute after a few of our regular sitters cancelled. She was prompt, responsive, and she has a clear love for animals. We were gone for over a week, and Kayla kept us in the loop with sweet pup pictures and always responded to our check-ins! To boot, our home was spotless when we came home!! We will absolutely hire Kayla again!
Great, my dog is super shy but did great with kayla! She was very accommodating to her needs and even had great suggestions to help accustom kira to this new Rover experience. Highly recommend!
Kayla did an amazing job watching my two dogs! One of my dogs is a little neurotic and wary of strangers and Kayla was awesome with her. She took the time to come meet my dogs a few times before I left. Kayla kept in communication throughout the entire trip with lots of updates. My dogs loved her! She is a very caring and responsible dog sitter. I will be using her in the future and would highly recommend her.

Animals don’t fully understand what’s happening when their family is gone, so I will do everything in my power to make sure they are comfortable. If they have routines, I will make sure those are still followed so there’s as little change as possible.

I like to know any special needs or requests ahead of time so I can make sure I’m able to accommodate those and give them the best care. I do enjoy knowing their personalities and if I’m able to bring any toys or treats beforehand.
A typical day
If your pup likes to explore and meet other dogs, I’d love to talk them to the dog park, or on walks around the neighborhood. If your dog likes to cuddle and lay around I’ll make sure they’re cozy and close to me.

Availability
I currently work part-time. Friday nights I close my restaurant, so it is a later night, but other than that I’m mostly available and will always put your fur baby first.
