Hiya!! So my experience with dog sitting probably started ever since I could drive to other people’s houses back in high school. I’ve had experience with tons of breeds, from small to large, and I don’t have any allergies to any animals. I’ve had more than one dog of my own who have lived long fun-filled fur lives and currently have two pups and two cats who are living their best lives. I truly just really love animals and I just want to be able to let them have fun and are safe while you’re gone on a trip or at work! I’ve recently been dog sitting, boarding, doing drop ins, etc more since I’ve been laid off from my job (thanks economy) so my schedule is very flexible! I know exactly what it’s like to be somewhere but thinking of your own fur baby back home and want updates, so I’ll update you with plenty of pictures and texts if that’s what you’re wanting! My availability is wide open so whenever you would like or as many times a day, you name it! I always leave a house cleaner than when I arrived, but would you like to come home to a super deep cleaned house?! Nothing better than coming home from a trip where your animals were loved and taken care of plus your house is spotless and spelling fresh. If that interests you, I also offer a deep clean of your home for an additional $150, or $100 per floor (service separate from Rover). Reach out to me for details!

Kayla was fantastic. She watched our three dogs and was timely, polite and communicated very effectively. She provided great updates and pics of our dogs. She overcame an obstacle I accidentally created by giving her the wrong street address of the Airbnb and was very pleasant in doing so. The dogs were very well taken care of when we returned. We will definitely try and book Kayla on our next visit.

I care for your pets like I would want someone to care for my own. Nothing but love and attentiveness. I would make sure to follow and diet or routine requested and make sure they don’t stay inside for too long because no one likes holding it in when they have to go to the potty! Your pet, is my pet and I treat them no different. My two dogs and two cats are spoiled and live their best life. Depending on the service you’re wanting, I will make sure that the animal is save, loved, and well taken care of while you’re apart!

I need you to be honest about your dogs behavior. Just as this bio tells you about me, I need to know just as much about them. That is what will keep both of us save and allow for them to get the attention they need. If your dog has bad anxiety and is very high energy, I’m talking not being able to sit still for more than 10 mins, I don’t think my home will be the best fit for him. We are full time RV’ers so that type of angst in such a small space doesn’t do well for either of us. If your dog does or doesn’t listen off leash, I need to know. We can have lots more time outside and they can play with and run around with our dogs outside all they want, but they will need to listen to commands off leash in order for me to ensure their safety. I can walk them on the leash as well, but then them being leash trained is a must. I would like to know whether or not they are hesitant with other people and other animals and whether or not they enjoy long walks/runs or would rather a toy and be by themselves.
A typical day
If the dog would be here boarded with me, we have 33 acres of fenced in property that our two dogs absolutely love. There’s trails out here that we go on and they love running through, plus we have a fully stocked pond that is their never ending water bowl and playground. We can even close the gate to the pond if you didn’t want them in the water. If it’s a cat, we have tons of windows that our two cats love watching all the dogs play outside all day long. If I’m visiting your home, I love to make sure the dog is able to go on walks and gets enough attention and love while you’re away! Same with cats, they love the attention and love to and I always make sure to they know you’ll be back soon!

Availability
Both my fiancé and I have jobs that allow us to work from home, so that helps me with being very flexible! Our two dogs live in a dog paradise out here on our 33 acres. It’s completely fenced in and they stay close and play all day long. Since I work remote, I have the availability of driving to go check in on and let out any animals when needed or just be home to watch and keep an eye on your your fur baby if you’re boarding.
