Long story short, I love animals! I have two years of veterinary assistant experience and I currently work as a veterinary assistant. I have experience nail trimming, drawing blood, administering vaccines, administering various forms of medication, and have medical/veterinary knowledge. I also have my Associates degree in Biology and am almost done with my Bachelors in Biology, to work in the veterinary/laboratory field. I have over four years of animal handling, animal care, and animal sitting experience. I worked at Petsmart for 2 years and also volunteered at a local shelter for 2 years as well. I have always had my own animals and love animals of all shapes and sizes! There is nothing better than getting to work in the veterinary field and making new animals friends everyday!
