When we first met Kayla we thought we had found somebody we could trust and rely on. There were some issues it first because her profile quoted one price, but she tried to charge a different price. When I told her that was out of our budget she offered to watch two dogs for the price of one. We gave her almost three months advance notice of our travel plans and she told me that she appreciated it because it gave her plenty of time to take off work as we require the sitter to stay in our house overnight. She was given complete instructions on how to care for and our beautiful girls. She was told why we required her to spend the night at which time she said that would be no problem. We also have a garden in our backyard that we asked for her to water and keep an eye on the garden in case something needs to be harvested. Again she said that would be no problem. I suggested for her on more than one occasion to write down the instructions so that she would not forget or be confused about anything and she chose not to. Consequently nothing was done for our instructions except maybe when they gave one of my dog's her medication. The master bedroom which is where we asked her to stay during the night is set up for our beautiful dogs yet the room was not even used. The air conditioner in that bedroom and the oscillating fan will both turned off in the bathroom door where the girls night time peep ads are was closed. She was asked to run the vacuum cleaner one time while we were gone because one of our dogs sheds heavily it was not done. She was asked to gather the mail everyday and put it on my desk. That also was not done. When we got home and saw how everything was not done for the instructions I expressed my unhappiness. Not only had I gone over the instructions with her once but twice. Her response was to complain about the rate she charged me, which was her idea, and to complain about taking care of the garden which she agreed to do. She also complained about taking the time off from work with she informed me months earlier would be no problem. All in all I regret having left our dogs with this person and I would recommend to other people that might be looking at her profile to keep on scrolling. My wife and I will never ever use her again nor do we recommend her.
