What sets me apart? My extensive knowledge of dog behavior and my ability to utilize this knowledge to the benefit of both dog and owner. While my main focus is creating value and benefit for your dog, YOU will get value as well. I have taken multiple courses with the Oregon Humane Society that have taught me to communicate in a way your dog will respond to. I developed this knowledge further during my time volunteering for the Clackamas County Dog Shelter, which allowed me to walk, bond with, and train dogs of all different temperaments. I love animals (I get particularly excited about dogs and bunnies), and will provide the utmost care to making their experience enjoyable and safe! I am very flexible (I work part time at the Clackamas County offices). In every aspect of my life, I tailor my actions to the needs of those around me. I am happy to work with dogs that have special care needs- I want both owner and dog to feel safe and happy.

I am new to the area and had a difficult time trying to get a pet sitter until I went on the Rover.com site. I reviewed Kayla's profile and sent her an email. She responded within 30 minutes and offered to meet me at my home to go through the details of what I was looking for in a pet sitter and give me information abut herself. I decided to take a chance and had Kayla stay over night at my home for a week. she also did check ins during the day. Every day she sent me a text message with an update on my kittens, sometimes with photos she took of them. She was very responsive, professional, and truly cared about my cats. When I returned home, it was just as I left it and the kittens appeared calm and comfortable. I will definitely use her service again and would recommend her to anyone needing a sitter for their animals.
Kayla made sure Buddy was fed the amount I specified, exercised for an appropriate length per day and taken potty whenever he needed. Aside from the basics, Kayla has a great love for animals and enjoys spending time with Buddy to ensure that he's happy and entertained. I really appreciate having her as a dog sitter.
Kayla is the best dog sitter I have ever had. She is such a sweetheart! She's caring and loving towards my fur baby. I don't trust anyone with my mazey, but I 100% trust her. She is very respectful, and my sweet mazey and she is always happy after Kayla spend time with her.
