Lakes Region Pet and Farm Nanny Hello Pet Parents! I have a combined 20 years experience caring for dogs both personally and professionally. My experience managing a dog boarding facility has prepared me to care for up to 45 dogs under one roof! That being said, I would love to care for your dog in my home where he or she will have more attention than your typical daycare would have. In addition, I share my home with two Dachshunds, a fabulous feline, and my 8 year old son. I am also able to care for your caged pets in my home- one stop vacation for all of your family members! Your dog may be alone for up to 4 hours while I care for other pets in the area, just enough time for a nice nap! He or she will not be crated unless that is your preference. Please note, that my dogs and yours will never be left unattended in the same area for safety purposes.

Kayla was awesome. She was super flexible while we were visiting the area. My golden and beagle mix pup can be high energy but they were still napping when I got back. Kayla sent picture updates and if I’m back in the area I’ll absolutely call her again
I used Kayla when I was visiting from out of town and needed someone to feed and walk my dog who was at my hotel when I couldn't be there. Kayla stayed in touch leading up to the walk, and sent pictures and a video during the walk. She's reliable and I would definitely recommend her.
Kayla was wonderful with Sasha and kept me informed throughout the day. Would definitely use her again to take care of my girl.

While your dog will not be left unattended with our dogs, for safety reasons we can only accept dogs that can relatively coexist with other dogs as well as children. Your dogs must be up to date on distemper, rabies, and bordetella.
A typical day
Your dog will enjoy playing off leash in our fenced in back yard (late summer 2019), going for leashed walks and hikes in the area, and taking all the doggie naps he or she would like.
