Pet care experience
Since I was 5, I’ve cared for dogs from puppyhood through their senior years. Often, I’d pet-sit and house-sit for neighbors and friends who had anything from dogs and cats to turtles, Guinea pigs, and rabbits. No matter what type or breed of pet you have, I can promise you I’ll take loving care of it as if it were my own!

Kayla did such a good job of caring for my dog, Sulley! She watched him over the weekend for me and I felt very confident that he was happy and getting lots of love and care. Kayla sent lots of pictures and updates and Sulley looked like he was having a blast! Would absolutely recommend Kayla if you need someone to watch your furbabies ?

I currently rent a house that is sadly not pet-friendly. However, when going to your home, I will gladly use whatever toys or space you have, such as a yard or open room, to play with your pet and keep them entertained and happy! And, of course, whatever is in your home that is unrelated to your pet’s care will be left alone and treated with great respect.

A typical day
I love to take your dog on long walks around your neighborhood and play with them and their favorite toys. If your dog likes car rides and you give me permission, I’d love to take them on a nice long walk at Monticello Trails or Ragged Mountain Reservoir!

I work as a nurse, so generally I have 3-4 days off during the week in which I’m available to take care of your pets! I keep my calendar of availability up to date based on my work schedule.
