Pet care experience
I've fostered on an off for 3 years with G.R.I.F.F.I.N. Rescue and now have adopted a dog through them! I would love to continue to pursue my love for animals in an additional way by walking and sitting your fur babies. I have completed a "Cat and Dog First Aid" course through American Red Cross and can administer oral/topical medication as needed. Kayla helped us in a pinch amd VERY last minute when we were both sick and needed a few puppy-free hours to rest. She's such a life saver!
Kayla went from walking Jean Luc occasionally to boarding him in her home. I got daily updates and pictures and felt so comfortable on vacation while he was in her care. Kayla truly loves dogs and caring for them. There's no one else I'd want Jean Luc with!

We have lots of fun! My home has separate spaces for various size dogs and their personalities and I am able to adapt to your dogs needs as all pups are different.

No breed preferences but any dogs I watch should not be aggressive towards me or my own dog if boarding (which is why I do meet and greets to make sure their personalities match!). I also like to know any medications, feeding/potty schedule and any personality quirks!
A typical day
I am happy to take the dogs to their favorite walking places if requested and time permits! I frequent the Canine Commons dog park in Pineville as well as a few other places with my own dog. Most frequently we would remain in the dog's neighborhood, especially if they have any anxieties that we don't want to stress.

Availability
I mainly board/walk and when I'm available I will accept any request. I most always have dogs on the weekends and can welcome more than one playmate with consideration of your pup.
