I'm a student majoring in Biology at Grand Valley, and my goal is to go into animal conservation. I have experience raising puppies from under a year old, to taking care of older dogs. I also have 2 years of experience with volunteering at animal shelters, which entailed walking the dogs and checking their records. I'm currently an owner of a playful dachshund (Nova) and a timid red heeler (Riley) for 4+ years. Raising these pups has taught me how to be patient and attentive to their needs. Staying active is an integral part of my lifestyle, so taking my dogs on walks and having play time is something I love doing! My typical routine for pet care is as follows: Grooming (washing/shampoo, brushing/trimming coat, oral hygiene) Daily feeding (feed 1-2x a day, water is always available) Basic training ("sit", "stay", "lay down", "come here" etc.) Daily playtime (going for walks, playing fetch, tug-of-war, etc.) Potty training (letting them out 3-4x a day, house breaking for puppies) I'm available M-F from 11a-3p to walk your precious pups!
