DO NOT EVER BOOK HER!! NEGLECTED MY 3 DOGS AND GHOSTED ME!!!! She was supposed to be staying at my house (house sitting) June 18-22nd. She came over on the 18th a little after 10am. She only let my dogs out once or twice the entire day. She also didn’t not stay the night with them, like we previously she discussed she would and it the literally definition of house sitting on the website. So they were left alone basically the entire day and night. I have 2 middle aged dogs and one 3 month old puppy that needs let out every hour to 2 hours- which she was fully aware of and in my profile. The next morning, the 19th, she didn’t check on the dogs until 8:30am. She let them out once and was there for 30 minutes and left again. My neighbor rang my doorbell so I contacted her to ask if everything was okay. She said she wasn’t at my house but would check. At 11:45 she checked and let my dogs out and said everything was fine and left, she was only there for 10 minutes. That was the last time my dogs were “cared” for or I heard back from her. The dogs hadn’t been let you all day so I contacted her around 4:00 to check in. No word from her. I tried contacting her again a few hours later and again, no word. I then tried to call friends and family to check on my dogs since they had not been fed or let out all day. I could not find anyone the care for them. I was in Texas, so had to leave Texas and drive back to Iowa in the middle of the night because this stranger completely abandoned my dogs and my house. It took me 13 hours to drive back. My dogs were home alone, not fed, or let out for OVER 30 HOURS because of this horrible person. I had to leave my Airbnb, which was fully paid for, and end my much needed trip, only to be extremely stressed out and concerned about my dogs. Thankfully, my dogs are okay. The house had poop and pee all over becasue they were neglected and they were starving once I got home. She let my dogs out once or twice in 24 hours, and once again the next morning. They weren’t fed twice a day like needed and they needed to go out at least once ever 2 hours. This person is a horrible horrible person and didn’t say a word to me, left my dogs, and didn’t respond to a single message. She put my dogs in danger and there is no excuse for this behavior. I have small dogs and they can’t be left alone, which is why I hired this company; who clearly doesn’t look into the g*****e people they hire. I put my trust in her to take care of my dogs, and paid for it, and she abandoned them. I have ring in the front and back of my home so am notified of any movement, which is how I know times and if they were out or not. This is unacceptable in every way. I don’t even have words to describe the level of g*****e she is. Rover is doing absolutely nothing to resolve this!!! I’ve called at least 9 times to get action done and they don’t give a shit. Never ever use this company or her!!

Kay-Lea was great! Our dogs warmed to her, and it was good to know that they were not alone!
