*** Overnight Boarding for Day Care Clients ONLY see notes below)*** I'm a responsible educated professional currently working from home for a nonprofit that I founded last year. Here your much loved pets will find a comfortable environment where we pride ourselves on the quality of our cuddles, harmony & lack of drama! I have one dog (Pickles 12yo) & 2 cats (Nikihia -16yo & Takeet -10yo), I've had all three since they were babies, they're well trained, in good health (up to date one everything) & receptive to new friends. We live in a 3bdr apt walking distance to downtown, parks & trails. Our building also has a secured dog run for the houdini types. As a trained psychologist I'm great at picking up on the "unspoken" which goes a long way when working with shy &/or fearful dogs, so if you have one... We'll make sure to provide extra structure, security & loads of love! In addition, I'm experienced with training (my dog is a service dog) & I can work with you at your place or mine, ask me about it if you're interested. ***IMPORTANT NOTE*** I care greatly about the health & wellbeing of your loved one and as a result of some tough "lessons learned" I've had to develop the following guidelines so that you can rest assured that your pup will enjoy their visit here in our home! RE: Overnight Boarding ~ If you would like to book an overnight (& your not a day care client) I require that you book one day care visit first. This allows me to observe your pets behavior in my home prior to an extended stay & ensures no crisis reboarding issues while you're away. RE: New Day Care Stays ~ I'm very good at what I do, it's important that I know what I'm agreeing to PRIOR to your pups stay. I ask new clients to ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS ABOUT THEIR PETS WHEN REQUESTING NEW BOOKING. Is your pet housebroken? Is your pet social? Has your pet ever bitten anyone? Is your pet destructive (chewing, digging, scratching, urinating in the house ect) Does you pet get on with cats? Does your pet have any medical conditions or special needs? Does your dog pull on a lead? How does your pet let you know he/she needs to go out or eat? Having this information ensures good fit & worry free stay for your best friend, in most cases it's unlikley that I would turn a booking down based on your responses, but it allows me to confirm I have the availability to manage your pups needs effectivly during their stay so you can rest assured that your best friend is in great hands!
