I've owned an American cocker spaniel, an English cocker spaniel and presently own a basset hound. Dogs became very important to me when we moved from Armenia to Ukraine in 2005. We promised a puppy to our two children in order to make our move easier. At the time I was simply appeasing them but my attitude quickly and whole heartedly changed when our little cocker entered our lives. I never thought I could love a dog in such an all encumpassing manner. I have a huge heart for all dogs since she came into my life.
