Pet care experience
I have a lifetime of experience in pet care. Bathing, walks, play dates, trips to the dog park- I do it all! (And I’m happy to do a meet and greet before booking.) I have a 14yo and a 3yo basset hound that adore other dogs and love to have company! We go on daily walks around downtown and my senior dog gets medication daily, so I’m very comfortable administering that. Whether I'm boarding your pet or coming by to do drop-ins, I love to take pictures and send updates. If you book with me you should have no doubt in your mind that your pets are being loved and cared for. I don't believe animals have bad intentions, most pets are nervous in a new place (especially in the first 24 hours) and I am patient and loving to them just as I would hope someone would be to my pets!

I have a crate and baby gate that can be set up in my home, if needed. I use an in-home camera to monitor my animals if I have to step out for awhile. If I’m doing a drop in then you can rest assured that I will treat your home with respect and provide detailed reports of each visit!

I pride myself on being extremely flexible and reliable with animal care. If you have a special routine or diet for your pet, I can guarantee I will follow your directions as explicitly as possible. I know it’s important to our pets to have consistency and I want them to feel safe with me!
A typical day
I have a tandem leash so that dogs who are visiting can join us on walks! Visiting dogs are more than welcome to join us sleeping on the couch or in the bed. I even have a ramp set up in the living room so dogs can more easily get up and down from the sofa. Just like Olive Garden- when you're here, you're family :)

Availability
My dog and I usually go on a walk in the morning before I leave for work, if we miss our morning walk then we do an evening walk (at least one walk a day!) My part time job is a 7 minute walk from home and I have a camera set up to monitor the animals while Im gone. Shifts are 7 hours at the most :)
