Amazing! Katrina was wonderful. I actually cannot put into words how incredibly lucky we were to have found her and Carlo. She sent us pictures and even videos of Layla while we were away- and Layla sure didn't look like she was grieving:) Layla looked like she was having plenty of fun and receiving lots of love. Our only worry was that she wouldn't want us back! Both she and Carlo are not only animal lovers but clearly have knowledge regarding animal behaviour. I will definitely ask Katrina to watch Layla again and only hope that she is available! Thanks Katrina and Carlo!!

Katrina is AMAZING! She went above and beyond our expectations for our pet sitter - and we are pretty obsessed with our dog. This was our first time using a professional pet sitter, and we were pretty nervous. She was so professional and put our worries at ease from the first time we met her. She was so great about sending us regular updates. From the photos, videos and texts, we could tell that our baby was having a great time filled with playing, long walks, naps and cuddling. Additionally, our dog has "little dog syndrome" and can be a bit snappy at times. Katrina completely understood and knew just how to adjust to make him feel comfortable and avoid his bad moods. We are so appreciative of the great care she took of Balthazar and absolutely hope to use Katrina again for future trips. THANK YOU KATRINA!
