Did not receive update over two days of drop-in visits. Specifically asked for update nighttime of day two, was told I would receive one shortly. Did not receive that update. 5pm the following day, sent message asking about house key placement. Did not receive response until after I messaged again hours later. Cat's litter was not cleaned. Left personal items in rooms whose doors were closed. One star because cannot give zero, and the cat did have food and water. Katrina is a very kind individual, however. Everyone has off days; your mileage may vary.

My cats absolutely love Katrina! I always worry about leaving our babies for long trip. After meeting Katrina the first time, I knew they would be in good hands. She came by everyday, took care of the necessities (litter box and feeding, and keeping things tidy). The best part was that she spent ample time visiting with them! We have one kitty who is very very shy around new people. She was comfortable enough to come out of hiding when Katrina was here!! This is HUGE! Your fur babies are in good hands :)
