I am passionate about caring for dogs. I have volunteered with local animal rescue organizations and shelters. I have always had dogs in my life, particularly medium and large breeds. Currently, I own a 5 year old neutered male husky/shepherd mix who is well trained and a goldendoodle puppy that I’m training to be a therapy dog. We take a walk for at least an hour each day where we can get energy out and practice walking on a lease and politely walking past people/animals. I believe that our animals are not just a pet but are truly part of our family.
