Pet care experience
I worked at a dog daycare for 2 years in Minnesota and also am the go-to for all my friends to watch their dogs because I truly love it and they know how much I adore them. I stop for every dog I see on the sidewalk. I have experience with all sizes and breeds of dogs and various behaviors. Working with 70 dogs at one time really taught me how to properly handle dogs of all behaviors and know what to do in any situation. I work part time at night and from home during the day, so I will be around plenty for your pup! I also live in a great walkable area with trails and a fenced backyard for maximum playtime opportunity!

Katie is fantastic! She took care of our five month old puppy with special needs (he has a fractured knee) on short notice and was wonderful! She took him around to socialize all day -- he had a great day and was absolutely exhausted when he came home! Highly recommended!
Katie was absolutely amazing watching our 2 doggies. One of them has epilepsy and stresses out when we leave, and usually has seizures when we are gone. Not with Katie! She is the dog whisperer and our pup didn't have 1 seizure during our 4.5 day vacation. She was great with keeping in touch and sending pictures and videos which helped ease my mind! I highly recommend Katie and will definitely be booking her again in the future!
Katie has a way with all animals, dogs especially. I have two rescued chihuahuas that love Katie's presence and I trust her to watch over them while I am away. She knows how to handle dogs in all situations and is very sensitive to how timid one of my fur babies is. Katie would take great care, and give your fur babies all the love while you are away.

I live right across the street from Echo Park Lake which is a great place for dog walking as well as walking distance to Elysian Park! Lots of room to play fetch or run.
