Pet care experience
I've been called a dog whisperer on more than one occasion... Ever since I was a child (look through my photos for me as a kid hanging out with my pets!), I've always been around animals. I have a six year old black lab/golden retriever named Sage, who goes with me everywhere. She is very mellow and gets along with just about everyone. She loves chasing tennis balls and playing with other dogs in the backyard.

Katie did a wonderful job taking care of our dog, Leopold, and I would recommend her to anyone. She sent us pictures every day, kept him active and engaged, gave us updates on his stay, and was always responsive.
Katie and Sage were awesome hosts for our dog. She had a great time! Katie's communication was great and we loved all the photos and videos we got while away. We will definitely re-book with Katie and Sage for future trips!

A typical day
On weekends and after work during the week, Sage and I explore, and would love to bring your pup along, too! We do something every day, whether it is walking through the neighborhood, hiking, playing fetch at the park, or swimming in the river. Happy to work out details so that the dog sitting experience is easy and seamless!

I have a flexible schedule and mainly work from home, which means I have time to do walks and exercise before work, during lunch, and/or after work every day. If you are interested in a timeframe that my calendar says I'm unavailable, please still reach out. I may be able to move some things around to make it work!
