Hello, my name is Kate and I live in the High Point Community in Delray Beach and I care for dogs in the community! (I love cats but I’m allergic to them). I’m a office assistant and I'm very professional, trustworthy, and responsible and I will take care of all your pets needs. My sweet rescue dog, Luna, crossed the Rainbow bridge recently and I've also lovingly fostered dogs over the past 14 years so I'm used to rescue & senior dogs and I will provide a quiet, caring environment for them while you are away from home. I’m a very reliable and caring person and your pet will be in very good hands. Katie was GREAT! I was nervous & anxious about leaving our older dog when we traveled home for the holidays. I originally had planned to have him fly home with us; but the vet highly recommend that he shouldn’t fly. Anyway, Katie was the best! Our dog also has issues with other dogs since he had been attacked by a German Shepard. Our dog immediately warmed up to Katie, which meant the world to me. She sent me pictures & videos too!
Katie was great with Norbie. She was very attentive to his needs and realizing he is a senior dog, very patient with him on his walk as he can tire very easily at times. She is affectionate and pampers him as he loves attention. I am extremely particular about who looks after Norbie as he is my baby! I know when he is with Katie, he is in good hands!
You couldn't ask for a better person to care for your dog. K is 100% an animal lover, not just in words but in action too. She became a vegan because she loves animals. Her own dog Luna was a foster dog who she adopted. K's very chilled, relaxed and open minded. I think a dog would be very trusting with her because she gives out "I'm a good human" vibe. I'm biased because she's my friend....but I have her as a frend because she's a funny, loving & kind person...to people and animals.
Katie is a responsible and caring person with a special gift for relating to dogs. I can think of no one who I would trust more to care for my dog. Rest assured that your dog will be safe and happy with Katie

A typical day
When I arrive, I’ll sit with your dog so that they’re comfortable with me and after sitting with them a little bit I’ll take them outside for a potty break and walk and then play with them before I leave. At that time they usually happily take a nap to cool off after after being out in our summer heat

I’m free on most weekends except when I have plans with my young adult children so don’t hesitate to reach out to me. If you have a last minute request, I can come over and walk your dog any time during the day.
