I’ve owned dogs most of my life, I worked for a professional service dog training org for a number of years and I also trained my own service dog (I have a heart condition, but I am perfectly capable of taking care of dogs.)

As a service dog handler and dog mom there's not many people I trust to leave my dogs with. Katie is one of the only people I would ever feel comfortable with to care for my dogs to my standards. Katie is a responsible and trustworthy pet caregiver who genuinely loves all animals big or small.

I have a long fenced in yard perfect for fetching, and will take your dog on walks regularly if they are trained to walk nicely on a leash. If they aren’t, I can work with them on that as well- training dogs is a huge passion of mine and I love getting to work with new breeds. My boyfriend lives here as well to provide lots of extra love. I have a dog of my own and I allow her to play with other dogs so long as they aren’t aggressive.

No breed preferences. I need to know about any resource guarding issues, socialization problems, and problem behaviors you’re working on so I can help be consistent with your training goals. I would love to know their favorite games and what I can do to make them feel comfortable!
A typical day
Fetching daily to make sure your pup is getting enough physical stimulation, and games and easy trick training to get in some mental stimulation as well.

I’m a full time law student, but I’m home every afternoon/evening. Can board dogs full time so long as they can be crated during my classes (class time varies depending on the day, but never longer than 4 hours)
