Pet care experience
I’ve had animals in my home since I was very young. I’ve grown up with dogs, cats, birds, iguanas and even a tortoise! I currently have two dogs; a four year old mix that we got from JHS and a 8 month old Akbash puppy. My husband and I also have experience fostering dogs through JHS also!

Katie has grownup with animals from cat, dogs and a tortoise when we lived in California. Our last family dog we had a Newfoundland. We got him when Katie was 13 years old. She went to every obedience class with me. She also went with me on training for therapy dog work, she was right by my side. In training and visits. She is a positive patient dog person and loves all animals. I will always have her watch our pets when we were gone without any worries. Thank you for your time
Katie is a very responsible dog owner herself. She goes above and beyond for her dogs and my dogs as well. Katie will ensure to walk and bathe her dogs as well as the occasional trip to pet smart so her doggies (the boys) can pick out a new toy. It’s the sweetest thing watching Katie interact with animals, they always bring her joy. Any pet owner looking for a dog sitter would be lucky to come across Katie’s profile. I have a good sized fenced yard and great neighborhood for walking. Your fur baby will be allowed on the bed and the couch when they stay with me. I will treat them as if they were my own. I would love to know allergies, feeding schedules, and a little bit about your baby's personality also!

A typical day
My neighborhood is great for short walks if your doggo loves that! I also have a nice big fenced in back yard to run or play fetch. Bring any toys and treats they are allowed to have and I will make sure they are cared for and feel special too!

Availability
I am currently in the Navy but I have a very flexible schedule now. I have used the app before to have sitters watch my two dogs and it helped immensely! I used to not have a so flexible schedule and had to have a lot of last minute bookings which was hard to find. I know how stressful it can be finding a trustworthy sitter, sometimes last minute, so I would love to be able to help elevate some stress for some people when it comes to their fur babies!
