Pet care experience
I have owned family dogs since I was 2 years old. Both Jack Russel Terriers which are very high-energy dogs. Walked dogs for friends and family. Volunteered at a local animal shelter in State College, PA for 1 year. I have had experience with dogs of many breeds and sizes. I am patient and very watchful when it comes to dog watching. Because I do not currently own my own pets, I love to share my love and affection with the dogs in my care. I am very athletic and active so walking/running with dogs is no issue. I enjoy being outdoors. My home currently does have a small to medium sized grass filled backyard so there is plenty of room for playing and potty breaks.

Katie was great! Her house is so welcoming with a nice big back yard. She sent pictures of Daisy during her stay and was always prompt in responding to texts. I bet Daisy is looking forward to going back!
Katie gave our dog a great time while we were away - long walks, socialization, and affectionate care in her lovely house. Nutella would be very content to spend another weekend with Katie!
Katie was so great! I had some worries about leaving my dog with a new person seeing as she is very shy and has some anxiety but she warmed up to Katie very quickly! She was very accommodating to what Zoey needed to feel comfortable. I was updated frequently with pictures and text messages with how Zoey was doing and she was always quick to reply when I contacted her. I 100% reccomend Katie to anyone looking for a great dog sitter and I will definitely be contacting her first the next time I'm in need of someone to take care of my pup.
