Pet care experience
My husband, Ryan, and I have been together since 2005 (married in 2012). We have our son who was born June 2018. We love our dog, Elias (Chocolate Lab mix; born 12/2014) because he brings us joy and entertainment. We got him when he was 12 weeks old. He is full of energy and playfulness. He loves car rides, walks, chasing balls or laser pointers, sprinklers and watching cats go by from the door/front windows. Ryan is a Firefighter and I work at a Social Services Agency in Sarasota where I work with older adults living with a form of Dementia/Alzheimer's and those caring for someone with it. We don't work the same hours so the dogs are not home for long and my parents live on the next street so they are able to come let dogs out if needed. We are both very compassionate and caring people. We live in a nice neighborhood and our home is a normal middle class home with a huge yard (a lot and a half) and plenty of room in the house for dogs to roam and play. We would love for our family to meet and get to know yours. We love making new friends.

My dog Mick recently stayed for 5 days with Katie and Ryan. They have a lovely yard for the dogs to play all day with comfy toys and bedding for downtime . I knew from the moment I dropped him off he would be well taken care of . I am grateful for both of them as they are truly animal lovers and very kind people . It is a good feeling knowing your pet is safe and in good hands when you are away . I will be booking my next stay over the holidays ! !
Katie did avery good job with our senior Wrigley.
We were a little nervous to leave Tucker for a few days but Katie made us feel so comfortable. She kept us updated and informed with photos and information about how Tucker was doing while we were away. Tucker was happy and content when we arrived to pick him up. Thank you to Katie and her whole family for being so wonderful, we will definitely be contacting her again when we need tucker looked after!
Katie & her family were fantastic with our pup Clover! I felt completely at ease, even with our dog’s special diet, Katie was so accommodating. Drop off and pickup we’re a breeze!

A typical day
We love to play frisbee, ball and tug with the pups. The dogs love roaming around outside in the backyard looking for and chasing squirrels, birds, lizards and the neighbors cats. When we are inside the dogs love to roll around and our son loves to play with them and chase them around.

We would Full Time jobs but our schedules are not the same as my husband works 24 hours and off 48 hours. My parents live on the next street and are wonderful if we need some extra help with puppy potty breaks.
