I had a wonderful first time experience using Rover.com. I selected Katie because she pretty much matched my puppies current living conditions and was extremely flexible. Katie accommodated us in every way. Katie also made sure that we should never worry and that she would treat our dog like it was her own. That alone made me feel terrific and confident that he was in great hands. A added bonus was Katie's daughter who was extremely great with my dog as well. I would recommend Katie and her daughter any time.

We had a family health crisis where we came to town unexpectedly from New Hampshire to assist in the care of my brother-in-law. We could not bring our dog to his house so turned to Rover to find help. We found Katie and her daughter Ina. They were so kind and patient with us as we tried to determine our schedule and so welcoming when we got to their house. Our 5 pound dog, Babe, loved them both instantly and they took wonderful care of her and sent us lots of photos and texts. Excellent communication which means so much!!! We could see that Babe was really being well taken care of. They have a huge lawn beside their house that Babe could run in, and we could see that Babe was being cuddled lots in the photos they sent. They even found the spot on her tummy that she loves to have rubbed. When it came time to pick her up, they had everything organized and packed. And they even organized her little dog bag with plastic zip lock bags for cleaning her eyes, and another for teeth cleaning, and another for treats. This was great because I always had everything thrown into the bag together and could never find anything. If we need to come to town again, we would definitely contact Katie!
