Unfortunately, a few things went wrong with this visit. First, our cats food bowls were filled with rat food. I had some tins of wet cat food next to a jar full of dry cat food on the counter. Not sure how these were missed but the rat food under the rat cage was found. Second, our outdoor cat was left inside, even after instructing the sitter to leave her outside when she left. I have care instructions for each cat on the site; either they weren't followed, or she couldn't easily locate them. There are a few positives. The sitter arrived on time and did take 1 picture of one cat. She also did text me with some questions she had regarding wether the cats should be inside or out, and the location of the litter boxes; even though all of that info was/is on the site.

Katie was very professional and also did a great job pet sitting my very anxious pup. She came over beforehand for a meet-and-greet at my request and was punctual at this meet and for pet sitting, which is important to me. She followed my instructions and kept my dog calm while I was away. I would definitely recommend Katie for pet sitting!
