My dogs, Hank and Bubbles, along with my cat, Denna, are my best friends. They adapt very well to other animals in the house and it actually benefits Bubbles because she is 2 and still likes to play; whereas Hank is 11 and not as active as he once was. It is extremely important for me to have animals in the house that get along with both cats & dogs to avoid issues with my besties :-) Thank you in advance.

I am early to rise, regardless of the day of the week. I will wake up around 7-8:30am and start my day with potting the dogs out back. Then, I feed them and watch to make sure they eat their dog while making my morning coffee. I like to play with my dogs for a bit in the morning, regardless of whether I am going into the office or not. See "schedule" section regarding my onsite vs. remote work schedule. I enjoy taking my dogs on leash walks around my community, or down to the neighborhood park, even though I have a yard. It generates a different level of excitement, and the steps are good for me and the dogs. This is stimulating and allows them to smell the neighborhood and burn off some energy. My dog Bubbles loves to play in the evening so either she is playing with Hank, guest dogs, herself and her toys, or me. She loves play fetch and tug of war, so there is a lot of that going on in this house. I am enjoying watching tv in my downtime and love doggy cuddles in my recliner or while I am on the couch. I have a leather couch which was specifically purchased so that it would be easy to clean of paw prints. I sleep with my dogs at night, but they are also crate trained, so I switch it up periodically just to keep them trained. I am open to other dogs in the bed, but would be handled on a case-by-case basis.
