I've grown up with a family of Akitas, a notoriously difficult breed known for their stubbornness. With 4 years of volunteer experience throughout high school at a humane dog shelter I am confident in my ability to handle and care for any type of puppy personality. It is a no kill shelter which means we often care for and rehabilitates tough behavioral cases, puppies as well as older dogs that need extra consideration. I can recognize your pup's body language to ensure they're comfortable around me and that I can be responsive to their needs. I consider myself a very active person and I would love to take your dog on a midday run to get some exercise and let them let loose their energy!
