Pet care experience
Hello there! My name is Katie and I would love to take care of your furry family member(s). Old, young, big, small, high-energy, low-energy — it doesn’t matter; I can promise that I will treat your furry family member(s) as if they were my own. I have lived with or owned many different types of animals (cats, dogs, birds, fish, rodents, reptiles, etc.) throughout my 31-rotations around the sun. When I was six years old, my parents bought me my first cat, Gracie, and since that day, I have never been without at least one animal companion. Right now I have three rescues: my dog and side-kick, Kimber, as well as two cats, Gomez and Morticia, who were the missing pieces in completing my fur-family. I have been pet-sitting and house-sitting since adolescence; my friends and family members have always trusted me to take care of their pets. I have plenty of experience with a variety of different temperaments, quirks, and requirements. I am comfortable handling animals with special needs, as well as administering medication and bathing as needed. Katie is fantastic! She house-sat and watched our dog, Dexter, for a long weekend and we could not be thrilled with the experience. From the beginning, she was a great communicator and she quickly put me at ease about leaving my fur-baby behind. At our meet and greet, Dexter fell in love with her immediately, and it was apparent how much Katie truly cares for animals. Katie was great about sending us multiple “pupdates” throughout the day so that we could see what she and Dexter were up to. Katie went above and beyond during her stay and I could not be happier. She will definitely be our go-to sitter from here on out! 11/10 ?
My air conditioning went out while Katie was house sitting and she went out of her way to make sure my dog was safe and comfortable. Katie goes above and beyond and it’s so comforting to know I have someone so trustworthy with my pup while I can’t be there!
Katie did a great job of caring for our elderly dog while we were absent over two days. She quickly and accurately grasped or somewhat complicated instructions for his walking and feeding, came to the house on time and it is superb job of getting him out, meeting him and comforting him. She instantly won our dog's affection and earned our trust in providing Loving Care. We will contact her immediately the next time we have to leave our dog at home.
Katie sat for my dog and cat and did a fantastic jub with them. You can tell she really loves her job and her animals. She was attentive to medications my dog had to receive and took very good care of my Cat, Rosie. Peanut fell in love with her and vice versa. She did a great job of walking her, and there were no problems at all. She even vaccumed Rosie's litter room and did a better job then me lol! Any if you are looking for an excellent dog/cat sitter or walker, Kate is you girl. I would recommended her to anyone.

When I come by to care for your pet, you can expect me to freshen up food and water as needed, play inside or outside, and for dogs, you can expect me to take them on nice walk around your neighborhood. Even if your cat or dog just needs a little bit of company – I’m good for it! Whatever your the needs of your pet(s) are, please just let me know and I will make it happen.
