Pet care experience
I grew up in a family with many pets, and started helping care for them when I was about 7, and started being left fully in charge of their care overnight by age 12. I've remained in charge of bathing the dogs at my family's home since moving out, as well as managing them during their grooming on occasion. I've taken care of family friends and neighbors pets with specific medication needs administered with their food. I have experience caring for and raising a 5 week old unsocialized kitten, with an intestinal blockage, he was under 24/7 watch and bottle feeding. I have a strong attachment to my personal pets as well as animals in general, and i'm very attentive to anything such as timed medications, exercise needs, and when they just want some love. :)

When visiting other's homes i always greet the animals first and make sure everyone has what they need, perhaps change the water and then head outside for a bit of playtime or a walk! If it's mealtime they'll have food, we'll get to hang out, get some attention and tv time for a while until it's time to head out.

I like to know a pets personality, energy levels, and general mood before taking them on. Noise is a very important factor as i have sensitive ears and unfortunately don't do well with loud or frequently barking dogs, however if they're small it is just fine!
A typical day
I enjoy taking long walks and going to the park, as well as playing fetch, tug of war, and play fighting/wrestling with pets who have the temperament for it.

Availability
Typically my mornings include having breakfast and coffee, as always, and then taking our little dog Maggie out for a walk! after that, my routine includes visiting other's pets in the morning and evening hours for mealtimes as well as an extra midday potty break if needed. My schedule is very flexible and is always based around pet's needs, so drop-ins and walks are ideal for my current schedule!
