I've owned a dog since I was 7 and absolutely love them! Working with all kinds, from high energy to couch potato, reactive to cuddle monster, resource guarding to sharer, training and untrained, had taught me so much and I love them all. In the last few years, I've been fostering and it's been a blessing. I've learned patience and training techniques that have allowed me to get along with more pets. I understand how important pets are to their owners and I want to be able to alleviate the stress so the people's trips can be spent focusing on the trip and not the pupper at home

This is our second time with Katie, and she does an amazing job! She is so kind with our Mae- and she sends so many pictures to let you know your pup is having fun! This trip, our flight was cancelled and we were stuck at our location for an extra day- Katie was so flexible and wonderful to work with! We will definitely book her again.

There's a LARGE fenced in play yard. I have two dogs that love other animals. There's a dog washing station in the garage or two large bathtubs in my place for baths. I bake my own treats and dehydrate veggies. I also have crates and beds for everyone to have their own space. I'm experienced in various behavioral issues and can administer medications. I believe in making the time away from your dogs as easy as possible for everyone involved. I regularly stay in contact and love sending updates to show that your pet is safe and happy.

A typical day
We go for walks, run in the nearby park, go to get a pupaccino, chew bones, figure out what's hiding in the snuffle mat and anything else we can think of to stimulate and enrich the dogs day.

Availability
I work from home so I'm with the dogs 24/7. I'm able to take time to play/let the pets out whenever it's necessary. There's a huge fenced area and deck for us to get some outside time. Weekends are spent exploring Minnesota, sleeping on the couch and baking dog treats. We go outside for walks and play in the large fenced area daily.
