I work full time from home. So I will be with your animal almost all day. I do walk my neighbor's dog everyday at noon. That being said, I do need to concentrate on my work so dogs that need constant attention are not the best fit. Also as the world opens up a bit more I will be away from the house from time to time. An occasional dinner with friends, trips to the store, dance class on Saturday morning, etc. If your dog is small and the type who likes to come along for errands I will gladly bring them with your permission. I love having a buddy with me! But in general I will need to leave your dog alone from time to time. Please let me know if your dog has separation anxiety or how to best make them comfortable while I am gone. I typically only like to leave them for a couple hours at the most. But there may be times when I am gone 3-4 hours. If that is an issue, please let me know beforehand so we can discuss. :) Regarding pick up and drop off times: * Drop off times are between 8am and 7pm. If you need to arrange something outside these hours, let me know. Regarding late drop offs, dogs tend to need a few hours to get acclimated, sniff around, and get comfortable with me before bedtime at 10ish. If I get a dog too late at night, they are not able to settle in and struggle with going to bed. * Pick up times are between 8am and 6pm. Rover only charges by the night. That means that if a dog gets picked up at 9am or 9pm, I am compensated the same. If you need to pick up your dog past 6pm, send me a message and we can make an arrangement.
