My partner (Meghan) and I (Katie) love dogs and would love to have one come hang out to cuddle and go on adventures with. We both grew up with dogs and I have been dog-sitting for years and have been doing it since I was in high school (I am now in my mid-30s). Since I moved to San Diego, Jelly and I have missed our dog friends and are excited to have some Rover dogs for a day, weekend, or week. We work from home in Ocean Beach, just a short walk away from dog beach! (Best place on EARTH!). We live in a stand-alone house with a fenced-in yard. So your pup will have a companion all day and go into the yard whenever they would like. We will take them on walks around the neighborhood and to the dog beach. We have a very lovely and sweet dog named Jelly so we can only take pups that get along with other dogs. Jelly is a sweet, gentle, and sensitive gal. Drop off your dog for a stay full of walks, dog beach trips, companionship, and cuddles. We will take good care of your family while you are away.

Katie was kind enough to help us out at the last minute. She took BBQ with her to work as well as out for a weekend adventure, which I really appreciated and know that he loved. The pictures and text updates were also great to help ease a nervous mom like me. Highly recommend!

Katie was great with Goti and Pismo, especially Pismo who has some back issues and has to be carried up and down the stairs. She also gave him his holistic supplements twice a day. She's a keeper!

A typical day
We have a fenced-in yard so dogs can run around or sit in the sun. We go on plenty of walks around the neighborhood and always end the day with a 30-60 min adventure at dog beach.

Availability
We work from home so you can drop your pup off whenever it is convenient for you. Meg works east coast hours so she is working by 6 am so early drop-offs are okay. On weekdays, I go on 2-4 walks with Jelly to break up my workday, with an additional trip to dog beach on most days.
