-Background in cognitive behavioral science (old dogs Can learn new tricks!) using positive reinforcement (treats with your permission, of course) -Always had minimum of two dogs in family household (our house often became the hangout for neigborhood dogs) -Have had several indoor and outdoor cats -Currently have a cat named Scully who loves dogs (and also loves to investigate) -Heart melts when dogs glance my way -Patient and loving with all animals -Endless supply of affection/belly rubs/ear scratches, and tailbone scratches...but also recognizes that animals have personal space -Experienced with animal diets, allergies, and specific food regimens. -Familiar to methods used with dogs that are not as friendly to strangers -Currently between part time jobs and would love to help take care of your fur-baby

Katie has watched our two dogs several times, and each time she does, I know they're in good hands. She takes pictures of them and keeps us up-to-date, and we always know our girls are being taken care of by somebody who loves caring for them and spending time with them. She's one of the best!
Katie has stayed overnight at our home and cared for our two dogs, Millie and Lucy, multiple times. Millie is a 6 year old Pitbull mix with skin allergies and Lucy is an 11 year Retriever mix with Cushing's disease. The dogs both have medication needs at specific times as well as a three times a day feeding schedule. I could not be happier with every single aspect of Katie's performance. She is without a doubt one of the most thoughtful, caring, and responsible people I've ever met. I highly recommend Katie to watch over anyone's animals. They would be in extremely competent hands.
