I am an experienced and licensed veterinary technician (nurse) with experience in critical care and emergencies. I love my client animals as if they were my own and spoil them every chance I get. I have cared for many species of animals as a nurse as well as a pet sitter. I enjoy getting to know my pet clients and their pet parents. I am usually available on short notice and I am very flexible with cancellations. I like to send updates as often as I can. I believe that good communication between the two of us leads to the best care for your fur-baby, so I try to communicate any questions or concerns I have as soon as possible so we can resolve any issues together.

Katie did a great job taking care of our dogs. She handled their medicinal needs and was flexible to work with.
Katie treated Tess and Mallie as if they were her own. Mallie (a 55-pounder) was allowed to sprawl across her lap and both of my fur babies slept with her. She sent pictures during their stay; they were so content being with Katie. She was a great dog sitter.

We are so thankful for Katie! She was able to take care of our fur baby last minute! She kept us updated with text and pictures. He enjoyed it and we were able to go out of town knowing he was taken care of!

In my home I allow your pet to act like he or she lives here. I always walk pets with a leash. I allow them to play with my toy-breed pup (in my home) but I never let them play unsupervised. I also don’t mind putting my girl in time-out in my room if things get to be too much fun!

I like to treat your fur-baby like my own! I enjoy giving kisses, cuddles, and lots of treats! I also love taking dogs outside and spending time with them, and letting them explore.
