Hi there! I'm Katie and I live with my sweet Aussie, Dolly! We love long walks/runs and dog park visits: our current favorite spot is the White Rock Lake dog park and the Lake Highlands trail. Having used Rover when I was going to the Office every day, I understand the needs and assurances needed from someone like me who is caring for your dog while you are not around. Don't worry, you can expect as many updates and pictures as requested, and a tired pup when you get home! I can provide drop-in visits to hang out with your pets and walks/runs around the block to make sure your pets feel well taken care of. Let's chat about their normal routine, and I'll make sure they stay happy until you can get back to them! Please reach out with any questions!

Katie has helped me out by taking my dog for a walk during the day since I am stuck in meetings all day. Would recommend her for anyone needing some help getting their dogs exercised during the work day!
Katie has cared for Nana and Mincy several times this year. My babies are so excited to see her, I've never felt any anxiety leaving them in her care. Katie also has a very active dog of her own which has been a huge bonus because my pups are always tuckered out by the time they come home. Would refer her to any of my friends needing a babysitter.

I always ensure pets are properly leashed and doors are shut to avoid escape. If there's a package on the porch, I will typically bring it in so you don't have to worry about it getting stolen!

If your dog is scared by new faces, I suggest a meet/greet prior to a walk or drop-in visit. If your apartment has gate codes or difficult access instructions, I suggest a meet/greet prior to service.
