Katie is great! She accommodated my last minute dog sitting needs and my pup loves her.

0 Stars - I recently had Katie babysit my four dogs. I told her one of my dogs had kennel cough and that she would need to give the dog medication every day for the kennel cough. I also told her to keep a very close eye on him because he was sick. I checked in with her every day and she said that he was OK. Then I requested that she take him to the vet because he didn’t eat one day. She couldn’t get him into my usual vet and then told me he was doing ok. I had no reference to my dogs condition so I told her that my boyfriend would try to get him in tomorrow. My boyfriend got home to one of my dogs barely breathing taking shallow breaths and barely moving. He took the dog immediately to the emergency vet and they said that if he hadn’t taken him that he would’ve died. She did not take the health of my dog seriously nor could she tell that my dog was sick. Considering he almost died she should’ve noticed that he wasn’t doing well. I also asked her to feed my fish while I was away which is a fairly simple task. She completely over fed them and half of my fish died. I have used rover on multiple occasions and have never had a complaint. Katie is not fit to watch dogs or fish and I hope that all dog owners take me seriously. I can’t imagine what else might happen under her care.
