Hello! My name is Katie and I am new to the Nashville area! I have been on Rover for several years but took time off to focus on long term recurring house sitting clients while still in Philadelphia who had several special needs dogs. I am currently a certified Physician Assistant and am well equipped to take care of humans and puppers! I've grown up with dogs my whole life and trained my parents two puppies and can do basic grooming as well as administer subcutaneous medications like insulin. I'm currently a surgical physician assistant waiting to start my job in the OR at Vanderbilt and in the mean time (and beyond) am excited to provide lots of TLC and exercise to your dogs while you're at work, on vacation, or out with friends. Taking care of your pets is an excellent reprieve to the intensity of the operating room! We'll go on walks, to the dog park, fun hikes, and enjoy exploring the city! I have a flexible schedule around my work days. I do have a cat but he is basically a dog and gets along super well with all dogs (even big ones!) because all he wants to do is play.
