Pet care experience
If you're looking for an experienced dog sitter, look no further. I cared for my own dogs for 12 years and have been watching friends' and family's dogs for 5. I promise to love your dogs like my own and take great care of them in your absence. I am happy to play, snuggle, go on long walks, whatever it takes to make them happy. My own two dogs required a lot of special attention because they were diabetic, and I administered insulin injections, tested blood sugar, and gave oral medications. They also both had very strict and intricate food routines and one of them was blind. I have also cared for another pup with pancreatic issues who required supplements with every meal and close watch to ensure he did not eat any unapproved foods. I have watched a mix of breeds, sizes, and energy levels and I love them all!

Katie has been our go to dog sitter for over a year and our 8 year old dog, Clary loves her! Katie has stayed in our apartment or kept Clary at her place multiple weekends while my husband and I were out of town, and she is always responsible and communicative, plus a ton of fun for our picky pup. Clary has a sensitive stomach and periodically gets sick, which unfortunately happened while she was in Katie’s care one weekend. Katie handled it like a champ and kept us in the loop the whole time. We always feel secure leaving town while Katie is sitting for our dog.
Frank and Pico had a great time with Katie! She played, cuddled, and even cleaned up grass vomit. Will definitely use her again!
Katie has dog sat for us on numerous occasions and we've been very satisfied each time. She is reliable and clearly has a love for animals. She always goes above and beyond, taking our dog on new adventures (which he loves) and she is very accommodating and flexible if plans change. I would definitely recommend her for your dog sitting needs!
When my little pup was recovering from surgery, Katie helped our family out by taking the best care of him. She gave him medicine and took him outside for short, easy walks. Anyone can take a dog for a walk, but she really cares for the comfort of your pup!
