I was overall very disappointed with my experience with Katie. She cancelled one night of the booking with less than 24 hours notice, did not let my dog out with either the frequency or duration that I'd hoped, did not give him the agreed upon morning and afternoon walks, left him alone for long stretches and returned to feed him dinner late in the evening each night she was with him. One of those nights was Thanksgiving and I understood that she would be out much of that day but expected that she would generally be around the other days.
