Pet care experience
I have lived with 4 large dogs all my life, and I’m also a Marine Biologist. So when it comes to caring for animals it is not only my job, but my passion as well! I have dog sat/dog walked/cat sat for many people connected through Rover while on the islands and all have been happy when returning home! I am training for a marathon right now, so this would be a great opportunity for me and your dog to explore the island together as well get our exercise on! Exercising is very important to me and making sure all the animals I meet are happy and healthy! I can’t wait to meet your animals!

Katie was great and was very flexible when I needed a dog walker last minute. My dog Coke really enjoyed meeting her and seemed to have a great time on the walks!
Katie was so professional and kind when we met. My animals have some weird quirks and Katie made me feel so comfortable leaving them in her care. I came home to my house exactly as I left it (maybe even cleaner). All my animals were so well cared for. I received many pictures along with updates throughout the week! I’m sure all of my fur kids are already waiting for our next trip so they can hang out with Katie again!!

No breed is off limits! I have lived with mutts, labs, retreviers, American bull dogs, pitbull mixes, and rescues before! I would love to know what makes your dogs happy and excited, as well as anything I should be aware that would make them agitated. Any special circumstances I should know that way I can better take care of your dog and make sure they are happy campers!
A typical day
I will make sure that each animal gets all the walks and attention it needs. From older to younger high energetic dogs, I will make sure they have enough exercise every time I visit. We will play games at the park, and sniff all the smells along the way!
