Pet care experience
Hello! I grew up in an animal loving family and this has continued into my life as an adult. I am a child therapist full time and doing animal care on the side. I foster dogs through Stray Rescue and also work part time at a wildlife clinic. My dog is my best friend, and I intend to treat yours as I'd hope someone would mine. I can't wait to love on your babies!

My normal Rover boarder wasn’t available, and I was nervous about getting a new boarder on short notice. Katie made me (and Shipwreck) feel very comfortable with leaving him for the weekend. She sent photos, and let me know how he was doing the entire time. I am definitely pleased with her love, and care for my lil buddy. Thanks again Katie!
Katie took great care of Daisy! The pictures she sent showed that Daisy was very comfortable and calm. Katie was always quick to respond!
Overall, great experience with Katie. Our dog piper who is normally iffy with other dogs and new people had a great stay and got along with Eva (her dog) really well. Piper especially enjoyed her large fenced yard which we don’t normally have access to on our own

If I care for your pet in my home I can provide a large fenced yard for playing and a safe neighborhood with a park in walking distance. I have a 6 year old Catahoula mix who will be here. She is gentle and kind with other dogs and will play if they do. All of my yard neighbors are huge dog people and love to give visiting dogs pets and treats (unless specified not to) It can be scary to trust others with your pet so I am quick to communicate, send pics and updates to ensure your pet is in good hands.

Daycare hours: between 8 AM - 6 PM, additional hours for $2 an hour Please let me know if: your pet is dog friendly, any behavioral concerns or medical issues, emergency numbers, what a normal routine looks like, how they greet new people, etc. Basically just whatever you feel is needed to make them comfortable.
A typical day
A typical day involves play time outside, treats, toys, walks, cuddling on the couch, etc! Of course all depending on your dog's likes and needs.
