We booked Katie, who is very kind, in December four our weekend away in March. With less than 5 days notice we were informed that she’d have to work at her job the same days we had booked her. There was no time to find a different sitter and her work schedule meant that our pup was only walked once on Saturday and didn’t get her medicine on the appropriate time schedule. There was much concern on our part which made our time away pretty stressful. I don’t feel we got what we paid for as a majority of the time Katie was working another job and not with our pup. We didn’t expect her to be there 24 hours a day but having our pup be alone from 9am to close to 11pm meant her evening feeding was delayed by 6 hours not to mention not being able to relieve herself for 14 hours. Ultimately our pup was happy when we got to see her Sunday so I’m thankful all worked out well and we learned that we will need to have clearer expectations for the next sitter we select.

Katie was awesome! She stayed with our dog and cat for a few days while we were out of town. She sent us lots of updates and pictures, and she took great care of our girls!
