Pet care experience
I grew up in State College with a very active black lab and golden retriever. I know how to take care of senior dogs and I love puppies (even if they chew on things) :) I have a flexible schedule because I am a substitute teacher in the elementary schools in SCASD and love taking dogs out for hikes, to the parks or even just for a walk around the block. I do have experience house sitting as well for houses with cats, dogs, and all sorts of other creatures. When I was growing up we owned all sorts of different animals so I am well versed. I also used to work at Disney's Animal Kingdom and have learned a lot about taking good care of animals there as well. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Thank you!

We are so pleased with Katie’s care for Maggie. She is a delightful young woman and it was good to know that Maggie was being taken care of while we were away. It was so fun to receive the photos to assure us all was well at home. Katie went above and beyond and retrieved a package that was delivered while we were away. We Highly recommend Kate.
Katie was fantastic! She responded to my request with very little notice with such professionalism. She took such good care of Griffin! She would send me frequent updates and pictures of 'happy puppy.' I have never felt so comfortable leaving my dog with anyone else! I will definitely be Rovering her again!
We wish we could review her for more than 5 stars.She's amazing to work with and loves our dogs just as much as we do. Taking care of them while she's here's ;always quick to respond; going the extra mile to help out -thats how she works. Would recommend her without any hesitation! I am always up for new fun places - Is there any medications you would like me to give your dog before of after the walk? - If you are okay with me taking your dog for a walk in the woods, does your dog have updated flea and tick medicine?

We can go for walks wherever you like. If you prefer us to just be around your neighborhood that is fine. If you dog is comfortable with riding in a car I know lots of fun local parks and hiking trails.
