I would not trust her to watch our dogs again. We went on vacation for the weekend and had agreed upon an expectation of four visits per day at designated times. We have multiple security cameras that show that she only came three times per day, morning visit was very late (after 10 am one morning, 14 hour stretch of the dogs not being let outside, and only after I messaged her asking if she had been by), and final night time visit was also two hours early. The dogs were only let outside for ~5 minutes at each visit (even though one is being crate trained and so was otherwise in his crate for the entire weekend). Updates were only sent about half the time, otherwise not unless I specifically prodded or not at all. We spent our entire vacation stressing out about our dogs who we felt were not getting the time that we paid for. We ended up hiring another dog walker for Sunday night because her last visit was so early (she did not send an update but we got an alert on the camera) and we knew they wouldn’t last until we got back in the morning. They somehow made it without pooping in the house and they were fed so theres that but overall we are pretty disappointed with this app and will probably switch back to one we used prior that has gps tracking for accountability.

she was so sweet and walked Ellie a lot, which made it easy to come home after a busy trip! Keep updated and gave pictures!
