Pet care experience
I enjoy animals (especially dogs) and love the joy they bring to their families. I look forward to making your pet feel loved when you are away. I also have experience giving medicine to animals when necessary. We have 3 dogs of our own: Daisy (60lb+ Pit mix), Betty (5 lb chihuahua), Mosey (12lb pug) that would be available to help your dog socialize, if you would like.

Our second summer up north boarding our 2 year old German Shepherd along with a new addition to our family, a full brother 9 months old. Katie and her family are the best you will ever find for boarding. Correction I would say my dogs were guests not boarders in her house because they were treated so well. I can't say enough of the love and great care Katie and her family shared with her guests Ruger and Colt. ❤️

A typical day
When staying with us, we have a fairly large loop around our 5-acre property that we can walk along or we can walk down the road. We also have a fenced yard with a dog door so your dog would be able to go outside to go potty or for exercise whenever they like.
