Katie and her husband are very nice people, but they texted me after one night (of a two-day stay) to say they were uncomfortable watching my older dog another night because she kept them awake panting and pacing. In addition, they had family visiting who they said were inconvenienced as well. Perhaps having a strange dog staying and having family visiting (which I was not aware of beforehand) was not the best idea. Rover.com was extremely accommodating when I contacted them to arrange a refund for the second night and said they were surprised that Katie had not contacted them before she contacted me as they may have been able to help remedy the situation. So perhaps that would be done next time. At any rate, they are very friendly and kind people but were not able to handle my dog, though she (my dog) has had no problems with other sitters in the past.
